Here’s Where You Can See Cherry Blossoms Around Columbus

It happens fast every year.

One minute, everything is gray and blah, and the next, cherry blossoms are popping up all over the city. And just as quickly as they arrive, they’re gone.

That’s part of the charm, but also why you’ve got to be a little proactive if you actually want to catch them. Miss the window and you’re waiting another year.

The good news is, when they do bloom, Columbus has some great spots to see them. You don’t have to go far, you just have to go at the right time.

Goodale Park

Goodale is one of those parks that just feels right in the spring. You’ve got the skyline peeking through, people out walking dogs, and cherry blossoms adding a soft pop of color throughout. It’s a great stop if you’re already spending time in the Short North or Victorian Village.

💡 Pro tip: Cherry blossoms don’t stick around for long. Sometimes you get a week, sometimes even less if the weather turns. If you notice they’re blooming, don’t wait.

No matter where you go, it’s one of those simple spring things that just feels good to experience.
